Education: Any Graduate

CTC: Up to 2.34 Lacs / Annum + handsome variable Incentives.  For experienced candidates - 2.85Lacs plus incentives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expand distribution network by hiring part time /Full time distributors.

Relationship management with stake holders.

To achieve sales targets set as per their goal sheets.

Maintain persistency  for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
